Spyridon Pampoukidis is the founder of OTS. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Crete and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in the IT sector, where he has worked as a programmer – analyst and sales support engineer and has served as an expert IT consultant to committees related to Local and Central Government.
