Helio Fernández Téllez holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Málaga and a Ph.D. in Engineering from both the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and the Royal Military Academy of Belgium. At imec, he has two complementary responsibilities: Government Relations for imec in Spain, driving ecosystem-building initiatives, and he also plays a key role in two European programmes coordinated by imec — Europractice and the European Chip Design Platform (EuroCDP).
