Magdalini Samelis is a senior at Kranj Gymnasium in Slovenia, currently enrolled in the International Baccalaureate programme. Alongside her studies, she is an active contributor to school life through event co-organization, tutoring in math and chemistry, and participation in various extracurricular groups. She is also a national-level athlete, becoming the 2024 indoor national heptathlon champion, and a successful chess competitor, placing second at the 2025 National High School Championship. Beyond sports and academics, she engages in debate and visual arts, studying painting under academic mentor Zmago Puhar.
