Zinovia Tsantrizou is a contemporary leading figure in Greek entrepreneurship, with a multidimensional presence in strategic development, extroversion, and the shaping of a human-centered leadership model. Born and raised in Heraklion, Crete, she draws her values from a place where entrepreneurship is inherently linked to trust, consistency, and respect for people.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent and a Master of Science (MSc) with distinction in International Economics, Finance, and Banking from Cardiff University. She brings over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, having served in positions of responsibility at Laiki Bank (Piraeus Group) and Alpha Bank, specializing in large corporate client management and the design of European programs for island economies.

The most defining turning point in her journey was her conscious decision to leave the security of the banking environment and pursue her own entrepreneurial path. Since 2015, she has been co-founder and CEO of the Super Creta Group (SCG), a dynamic organization active in the lubricants and mineral oils sector with the premium brand GiNiTOil, in the hospitality sector through Kudos Experience, and in strategic planning through Super Community Group. Under her leadership, the Group continues to grow with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and the creation of meaningful value.

She does not adopt the term “female entrepreneurship.” She believes there is no “female” or “male” business activity—only business that either serves people and society or does not. At the same time, she acknowledges that strengthening the presence of women in leadership enriches the business ecosystem with values such as inclusion, ethics, and social awareness, contributing to more equitable and sustainable development.

She maintains a strong institutional and international presence as General Secretary of the Association of Businesses of the Industrial Area of Heraklion (SEVPI), Vice President for Crete of the Greek Association of Chief Financial Officers (SEODI), and Special Envoy of the International Association for Cultural Diplomacy. Additionally, she actively participates in the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Hellenic-British Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Chamber of Eastern Crete, and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Hellas), contributing to the connection of Greek entrepreneurship with the global environment.

Her international activity as an advisor to companies investing in Greece has strengthened her belief that leadership knows no borders—only values, vision, and courage. Through her work, she actively supports the creation of opportunities and networks that enable Greek women professionals to stand equally in the global business environment.

Her journey and influence have been internationally recognized, as she has been included for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, 2025) in ICAP’s “Leading Women in Business” list. At the same time, her professional path has been featured in honorary tributes within the volumes “Greek Women of the World.”

She maintains an active presence as a columnist in media outlets, analyzing critical issues of entrepreneurship, leadership, and social development. In 2021, she was honored with the “Corporate Social Responsibility” Award at the Women Entrepreneurship Awards, following evaluation by ICAP, as one of the 500 most influential women among 8,500 executives—confirming that business success can and should be linked to social contribution.

For Zinovia Tsantrizou, leadership is not a title, but a way of life. It is the ability to make fair decisions, create value, and open paths where none exist. It is the responsibility to shape an environment where future generations will not have to claim their place—but will consider it self-evident.

Because true leadership does not merely keep doors open—it eliminates them.
