Flint joined short-form video app, TikTok, in March 2020 to lead its European Sales. In this role he is responsible for launching and scaling commercial teams, bringing new brands onto TikTok, and building new ways for them to engage with their audiences in a brand safe environment that is underpinned by authenticity, creativity and joy.
